Damen Shiprepair & Conversion (DSC) is your secure, reliable partner in dismantling and recycling of vessels and large offshore structures. The yard holds the official EU and Dutch accreditation of Ship Recycling Yard. Additionally, we are able to handle NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material).
Safe & efficient
With the possibility to use one of our drydocks and scrap-steel cutting grounds (impermeable surface) zero-discharge operations are ensured. Our project management teams are dedicated to execute any challenging disposal / decommissioning project safely and efficiently. We also like to keep you informed by providing full transparency in progress and final documentation. Recycling plans are based on risk assessments to prevent any health, safety and environmental risks. As we are focused on green solutions, we apply the concept of remanufacturing wherever we can.
