Centrally located in the international Port of Rotterdam Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam BV (DSR) operates a maintenance- and repairyard at two locations with total 8 dry-docks able to accommodate vessels up to 160.000 dwt. DSR Schiedam and DSR Pernis are fully equipped for maintenance, general repairs, dry-dockings and afloat repairs. Modern steel and machine workshops make it possible to deal with all kinds of extensive steel, machine and/or engine repairs or modifications. In addition Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam provides through and in co-operation with Van Brink Rotterdam licensed services for some well-known manufacturers of main- and auxiliary engines, propulsion systems and propellers and sealing arrangements. Furthermore a range of floating cranes, work barges, service cars and mobile equipment is available for harbour and voyage repairs. Van Brink Rotterdam is also able to offer the market dry-dockings of vessels upto 110 m length. Through and in co-operation with the Anchor & Chain Factory (AKF) we provide services for the supply and delivery, as well as for repairs and testing of anchors, chains and accessories.
